Radio Modems
The RM9600 and RM9634 are a range of UHF radio modems operating in the license free band between 400 and 470MHz. The output power of 500mW enables distances of up to 10km to be covered with the appropriate antenna. The modems are available as board modules or in fully weatherproof enclosures.
Ethernet Radio Modems
The Ethernet radio modems are based on 802.11a technology, working in the 5GHz license free band. They are capable of transmitting data at up to 54Mbits/s over short distances, or in excess of 30km at reduced data rates (depending on terrain and antenna selection).
